Trac ticket field defaults are reset after redeployment

After a ansible deployment, the default values for various ticket system fields must be reset in the admin panel.

I assume this is because ticket system defaults are stored in the trac.ini file instead of the database and because we change it, causing a change in the trac.ini file, this causes ansible to re-install the trac.ini file from the template, resetting the defaults to what they were.

This seems like a good candidate for a upstream trac enhancement as expecting someone to edit ansible scripts after changing configuration here is unreasonable.
